You/Your means the customer
1. By booking a ‘Design Your Own Jeans’ (DYOJ) consultation you are entering into a contract with Fanfare Label and agree to be bound by our terms and conditions.
2.To use our DYOJ service you will book a 20-minute session with one of our consultants at our pop-up store within Liberty’s. The consultation will last up to 20 minutes. If, however, you require longer, we will provide extra time where possible, up to a maximum of 30 minutes. Where a consultation is booked immediately following your appointment it will not be possible to provide extra time.
Please note that design consultations are available from 20th October 2023.
Friday - Saturday: 11am - 7pm
Sunday: 12pm - 6pm
3. There is no charge for the DYOJ consultation. If you are not satisfied with the results at the end of your consultation no purchase is necessary.
4. You will be provided with a quote to produce your design on a pair of jeans.
5. If you wish to proceed with the design, you may purchase a pair of our Fanfare Label plain jeans or provide us with a pair of jeans that you already own and wish to upcycle.
6. If your pre-owned jeans need repairs there will be an additional charge for which you will be provided with a quote.
7. When working on your pre-owned jeans we accept no liability for the integrity of this product. Any fault/weakness in the fabric/early wear and tear can be the result of previous usage and handling.
Equally, whilst we will endeavour to assess the suitability of the product for this service, we do not accept liability if an unidentified fault leads to damage during the process.
8. In the unlikely event that a customer provides their own jeans for the Design Your Own Jeans service and these jeans are lost or damaged by us, we will replace them with a new pair of Fanfare Label “keep hold” jeans which will be embellished by us with the agreed design. The customer agrees to accept these embellished “Keep Hold” jeans as full and final settlement of the loss of their original item.
9. You may pay for our DYOJ services at the service points within Liberty’s, however, DYOJ is a service provided by Fanfare Label and any returns, queries or inquiries should be made via Fanfare Label, who can be found within Liberty’s until 31st December and after this date at www.fanfarelabel.com.
10. DYOJ are only returnable if faulty and we can look into repairing or refunding the item.
11. Any goods provided by the customer for customisation, remain, at all times, the property of the customer. Fanfare Label do not take legal ownership of the item at any time and do not "re-sell" the item back to the customer. The charges made are strictly for repairs and alterations carried out.
12. All DYOJ orders will be made within two weeks of the design consultation. Once ready the customer will be notified and can come into the store to collect their jeans. Delivery options are also available and can be discussed during the appointment.
13. Design options are outlined in the below table, we cannot guarantee any designs outside this framework and more complicated designs would have to be quoted for separately.
