If you're unsatisfied with a product you've received from Fanfare Label you can return the product to us within 14 calendar days for a full refund if the product is unused.
If you'd like to try another size, we'll happily exchange your order for a different size and cover the exchange shipping so you can find your perfect fit. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm the change and to check whether the item is in stock.

Unfortunately, as a small business, we’re unable to cover shipping costs for returns and exchanges unless the product is faulty. This will be deducted from your total refund amount. You can learn more about our delivery rates here.
HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Simply email email@example.com, and we'll reach out to you as soon as possible to process the return.
Once your return has been approved, we will send you a print-at-home returns label which you can pop on the box and send your Fanfare Label products back to us in their original packaging. Once we've received your original items, we can issue your refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return and refund, your items must be in the same condition that you received them in the original packaging with tags still attached.

You will receive a confirmation email notifying you we have received your parcel and returns are processed the day we receive the item back but funds may be subject to standard bank processing times before appearing in your account. The above notes are subject to our full policy for cancelling and returning your order which can be found on the terms & conditions section of our website. Due to the nature of jewellery, we only accept returns in particular circumstances such as damage, a product defect or an error on our part.
Please note we are a small business with only two members of full time staff, whilst we try our best to get back to you as soon as possible, we do sometimes experience some delays.
