Delivery

Delivery times are based upon orders being received by 4pm GMT.

A 'working day' includes Monday to Friday, and does not include Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or bank holiday day will be collected by our shipping agents on the next working day; the delivery times shown in the table below will then commence from the day of our shipping agents' collection.

The exact delivery times for destinations outside the UK are intended as a reliable guide, but are not guaranteed.

All parcels are sent via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed for extra security. 

Please note that due to covid-19 deliveries may take longer than planned but we will do everything we can to adhere to the below time frames.

Customers outside the UK are responsible for their own import duty charges.
Please note that personalised, bespoke and made-to-order products can take up to 30 days to make.

Due to leaving the EU receiving a Fanfare piece has become slightly more difficult. We are working hard with our partners to resolve this but at the moment extra costs incurred will need to be paid for by the customer. Your local VAT rate is payable upon receiving the goods in your home country. However, we are working with a new partner to be able to cover this in the future.

Returns

If you're unsatisfied with a product you've received from us you can return the product to us within 14 calendar days for a full refund if the product is unused. Please email info@fanfarelabel.com to notify us of the return. Unwanted items are returned at your own cost to the address given below. Due to the nature of skincare products, jewellery and underwear, we only accept returns in particular circumstances such as damage, a product defect or an error on our part. If you simply ordered the wrong product we will only accept the return of items that can be resold. Returned parcels must be clearly marked 'Returned Goods' on the return shipping label. For an immediate refund of eligible returns simply email us info@fanfarelabel.com for the return address.

 

You will receive a confirmation email notifying you we have received your parcel and returns are processed the day we receive the item back but funds may be subject to standard bank processing times before appearing in your account.  We are unable to refund items that are lost in transit and recommend the use of a tracked service when returning goods.  The 14 day eligibility window starts from the day you receive your package from us and ends on the day you post the package back to us. Returns arriving with a postmark outside of the 14 day eligibility window will not qualify for a refund.
